Because our Announcements and Class Rings are custom and personalized for each customer, we can not accept returns.

Cancellations
Charges to customer for changes or cancellations prior to order shipment will be determined by cost of labor and materials which have already gone into the custom product or service. In the event that you need to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.
